This bar is 100% kosher and stabilized with organic candelilla wax, a plant-based wax native to the southwestern United States and Mexico. Harvested from the leaves of the candelilla desert shrub, this wax is a vegan, petroleum-free alternative to beeswax, completely odorless and is used intentionally to give the bar structure while allowing the butters and oils to remain the focus. This Lotion Butter Bar sits on top of a bamboo disk to kep it protected.
